Mikes Auto Service Visit

William Lathan Service Advisor, was there at my vehicle before I even got out, he approached me with a friendly and attentive greeting, asking how he could help me. My vehicle was there for routine maintenance, he advised me of all required, for that visit and I was in and out in less than 1 hour.

Fantastic Service

I was concerned about issues with my 2015 Fusion, but I was lucky to get Kenny as my representative and he not only was able to ease my concerns but able to get my vehicle fixed in a more than timely manner. I will definitely come back because of him and use the service again.

Love Pines Ford Lincoln!

Called for tire pricing, Spoke with Jo'el... He was very knowledgeable and friendly.... He not only helped me out with my tires, but also with my oil change and new wipers.... Jo'el totally handled everything, he arranged to pick my car up at work and leave me a loaner and returned my vehicle once completed.... He's awesome!!

Disappointed

We were undecided in which car to purchase and went into the dealership. When asked to be helped we said we were browsing. We were given sarcastic remarks by the sales person and dirty looks by receptionist. This dealership has no knowledge of Customer Service and its quite disappointing. I would not recommend to anyone undecided or simply browsing for a new car.

New tire

During a big storm, I my car had a flat tire. I don't know nothing abut tires, I went to my dealer ship, on the same day I got a new tire and they teach me how to take care of them... For that we need special people working for you!

Kenny Gilman is my Service Rep and he is always very professional and supportive. I have been a Ford customer for about 16 years of which 9 have been w/Pines Ford. Kenny has been my service rep for about 3 years and I'm very satisfied w/his service and Pines Ford has taken very good care of my vehicle w/the exception of a problem w/my driver side window which I believe has a defect. Sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't; however, Ford has repaired it several times and reassured me that the problem will be handled as soon as the problem can be detected. My point is, it is the part not the service. I am completely satisfied w/the service that I receive each time that I have my vehicle serviced. Everyone is very professional and nice to me. I often brag to my friends & family about the great service that I receive @ Pines Ford.
