We will never take our vehicle to another dealership.

We will never take our vehicle to another dealership. Declan always handles our intake and stays on top of any service we’re having done. A few months ago, we heard a slight ticking sound in our engine. Called and made an appointment for next day. Brought it in. Spent about two hours at the dealership and found out there were metal shavings in our motor oil. Had to replace entire engine at 60k miles. Declan worked with our warranty company and got the brand new engine covered. Acura installed it and tested it several times before releasing it back to us. Gunn Acura put us in a brand new MDX while they had mine….about a month long. Came back this week for an oil change. Declan came out and let us know that lower control arms needed to be replaced, and that he had already cleared it with warranty company and they approved the replacement. Gave us a loaner and it was done and ready the next day. As always, they wash the car and make it look great again for when you pick it up. We will NEVER take our Acura anywhere else other than Gunn. If you need your Acura serviced, go there and ask for Declan.

I live in Uvalde and on the way to SA I was wondering if

I live in Uvalde and on the way to SA I was wondering if I should continue to purchase autos in SA that require dealer services, but my attendant was very thoughtful. He was not pushy, thoroughly explained the service, and offered to have my headlights cleaned without an added fee. Because if this added gesture I rethought my future purchasing options and perhaps driving in to SA for regular maintenance is not that bad.

Just great honest salesman and staff. Really took the time to explain every option on the car and did not feel pressured at all. Felt very comfortable with Mr. D’Souza. He was so knowledgeable on all the features of our Integra.

I am a repeating customer of Gunn Acura. Having purchased many cars in the past from different companies, Gunn Acura is by far the best. What makes it the best? Simple… the people. Michelle is the most efficient, knowledgeable and personable sales professional you will meet. She recently helped us find an MDX to replace our RDX ‘on budget’ and made the whole process smooth, transparent, and a pleasure to experience. We have a 2022 Acura. We take it to Gunn Acura for service. Mason, Jessie, and Andrew the driver are always very helpful and pleasant to do business with. We get excellent service at Gunn Acura.
