Painless car buying experience
This was the easiest purchase I have ever made. The hardest part was picking out the color combination for the RDX. Jim was great to deal with. He really knew the product well and was able to answer all of our questions. I highly recommend Gunn Acura.

Great product, great dealership
I highly recommend the Gunn Acura dealership. Everything from beginning to end of my Acura purchase was informative and professional, making this the easiest and most pleasant car buying experience ever. Will is awesome!
I was originally communicating with Coby, when I started thinking about a new Acura. Coby was with another customer, so I was introduced to Will. He was very patient and knew more about the TLX than I ever dreamed. We settled on the Advanced Package and a special protective coating. The only downside was that our wait time was not a couple of hours, but turned into 6-6 1/2 hours to get our car. We left for a while and when I returned, Will made sure that I was compensated for my time. It was late, but he still took the time to go over every little detail of the car and even preset all the bells and whistles to my liking. Well, one week later my son threw up all over the inside and outside of the car!!!!! After working on it for 2 1/2 hours, I called Will almost in tears. He told me to bring it by and was waiting outside for me. Let's just say... the car is as good as new! Will rocks!

Great experience as expected
Gunn dealerhips overall are excellent. I have done business with Gunn Honda, Gunn Nissan and now Gunn Acura. As always a pleasure. Brady was able to honor the lease special that was advertised online for the 2017 TLX. Michael made the shopping experience a very stress free and pleasurable one and Jose was very engaging during the closing of the deal. Both Brady and Michael followed up several times during the days after the purchase to make sure that everything was going well and to assist if I had any questions regarding the vehicle. I am sure I will be back in the future to either lease or purchase a vehicle from them again.

Service Visit
I had my Acura TLX serviced and I was most satisfied with my visit. I was doubtful about taking it in for the oil change since you always hear about up pricing. But this was not case. Highly recommend Gunn Acura in San Antonio and my Service Consultant Brendan Moura

Mr. Spencer did a very good job of respecting my work schedule and provided accurate information about what was needed to overcome maintenance issues. HORRIBLE
Today was the second visit to Gunn Acura service and I promise there will NOT be a third time! Each visit had two simple service items-oil change, replace battery terminal; oil change and state inspection. They allegedly did the oil changes, but now I have little faith they even did that! Never looked at the battery terminal and never did the inspection albeit noted on the service write up!
