I was lied to about only needing $2000 down.

I was lied to about only needing $2000 down. Come back a week later, and now the down payment is $7000. They really need to stop lying to people. This was improper and embarrassing to me. I would NEVER tell anyone to get a vehicle from here. Yall lost a customer.

I was okay with my Outlander Sport as it was cheap to

I was okay with my Outlander Sport as it was cheap to drive and maintain... but today my car shut off on me twice while I was driving. It was as if the key was turned off while I was going (luckily) <5 mph in a parking lot and again while I was in town going about 45 mph. The first time this happened, I called South Suburban to ask service if they've heard of this happening in model's like mine... lady said "uhh, hold on", and put me on hold for 5 minutes, then answered the phone only to put me on hold for another 5 minutes, then hung up on me. I called back and a different lady in service answered and told me my 4 year old car is out of warranty but if I'd like to have my car towed, or drive, to the dealer, they will perform a $180 dollar inspection with that money going towards the repairs which could start out as low as $1,000. I said "thank you" and told them I will figure something out. Didn't really have anything too negative to say about my car or this dealership, but after the lack of care I received while I was driving my car and it shut off a second time in the middle of me being on hold with a service rep who couldn't care less of my situation, and then having a second service rep proudly give me their service fees to fix my "just out of warranty" car...

When I called and told the young lady that answered the

When I called and told the young lady that answered the phone that I had just got discharged from my bankruptcy June 2024 and that I did not have a down payment but I was in need a car so I can get back-and-forth to work. She stated to me that they have programs that help with your down payment.And they also have programs that worked with people who fire bankruptcy. I purchased a car from them back in 2018 with a bankruptcy on my credit and no money down. So when she told me that they will be able to get me a loan for a car, I believed them, but something in my spirit told me that I was being lied to. So I did not go for my initial appointment at 4 PM, around 6:00 PM a sales rep, Trey Lilly, called and asked me how come I didn't come and I told him how I was feeling. He then told me he would be able to get me a loan for a car with no money down and with my bankruptcy on my credit. So I did go and I again told him on the phone that I did not have any money down and a bankruptcy on my credit. So when I get there he runs my credit and I'm told by him he can't find me anything with no money down because of my bankruptcy, you will have to put $5000 down or get a coigner. So I told him that I told you about my bankruptcy, I told you I don't have a down payment and you told me that you would still be able to get me a car. I just don't like being lied to. I just don't like my time being wasted. So they're in the business of lying to people to come in.

Went for an oil change and I was denied of it because your mechanic screwed up my oil drain plug and you guys are the only ones that did maintenance on my car since day one you can't even return many of my calls this need to be resolved
