I bought my vehicle brand new in Feb '22 and along with
I bought my vehicle brand new in Feb '22 and along with the purchase came the promise that I will also get 2 free oil changes. One was completed and now the 2nd one is due, but after taking my vehicle in to get my tire diagnosed, and then almost 2 months later I'm given an ultimatum...Either pay $2700.00 for repairs (we don't care that you never authorized the repairs, the work has been completed so pay us!!) Or...we keep your car held hostage until you come up with more money and free time to take us to civil court. All this is for a diagnosis of a front right wheel problem. So what happens if I take my vehicle there to get the oil change??? What if they decide to "fix something else without my consent"? If they print a $3000 bill/ticket saying this is the work we performed then the owner of the vehicle is liable and the burden of proof is on the man vs. the company? Nope! no thanks...keep your "free oil change" As far as I'm concerned this service department and dealership consist of a bunch of shady crooks and just as Jesus Cursed the fig tree...!!!!

A week after paying in full they deliver a van that broke
A week after paying in full they deliver a van that broke down on the way and called me to jump start the van. they refuse to refund my money or repair the body damage of an unreported accident that i was not made aware of. they wont respond to my complaints to the BBB, Attorney Generals office, or the sec. of state. My lawyer is about to file suit in order to get my money back.

This is by far the best experience ive had at a dealership. Got in, got out all in about 3 hours. Not your typical all day run around. Great people to do work with. And would highly recommend anyone looking for a new vehicle to go here. George is great to see, to get you moving in a new vehicle.
