Everyone at South Suburban Mitsubishi was warm, friendly and professional. A special shout out to Frank Garcia and Dennis Boston who worked their special magic in putting our family in a brand new 2019 Mitsubishi Outlander using the Vehicle Exchange Program which is an awesome opportunity to take advantage of....we were driving a 2014 Mitsubishi Outlander Sport at a very high APR rate....but through the Vehicle Exchange Program our APR was DRAMATICALLY reduced and as I stated earlier we are now driving and LOVING our 2019 Mitsubishi Outlander!!! Don’t buy Used cars here. Buyer Beware!
First red flag was that the car that we were interested wasn’t even at the dealership location. It was at a little “autoplex” of about 6-10 vehicles. We weren’t put off by this, as it was an older car. Second red flag was that the car had to be jump started to even take for a test drive. It ran pretty well for its age, and we purchased it. Within our 40 minute drive home, the check engine light came on. We replaced the battery on our way home and had the codes read. FOUR diagnostic codes came up, for emissions issues and the ABS system. The very next day I called Tracey, our sales person. She basically told me “Too bad, so sad” and didn’t NOTHING to even attempt to make this right. “We make sure it runs and the brakes are good.” . Excuse me? How does 3 ABS codes mean the brakes are good? Her response was “Well the battery was dead. How are WE (a supposedly reputable dealership) supposed to know there are codes? So basically I purchased a $6000 paperweight from a deceitful lemon lot. After taking the van to our mechanic this morning, we are now looking at nearly $1,000 in repairs. On a car we bought TWO days ago. From a large dealership. It’s not even safe for our family to drive until the repairs are made. Sure, we could’ve been more suspicious and not purchased. Sadly we trusted an official dealership and our not-at-all trustworthy sales associate. I feel like we were knowingly deceived and taken advantage of. Worst car purchase of our lives.

We won't buy cars anywhere else but South Suburban!
This is our 5th car we have purchased at South Suburban Mitsubishi. We moved out of state to Texas 3 years ago and we still go back to buy our cars. The last 2 cars were for our kids and we do not trust anyone else to give us a sound, safe car for our teenage kids to drive. We won't buy cars anywhere else!

An employee mistake, that a customer has to pay for.
The service department was excellent. Keith was excellent I would definitely recommend the service department only! We purchased a 2006 impala for our son. The porter washed it then backed it into a tow truck. We were given a rental car; which was brought back before we got the impala because we felt they were accommodating our son to drive. We felt why have the dealership continue to pay for the rental. We were told that we were getting new parts for the accident but we didn’t. Dan the manager didn’t offer us anything for the inconvenience. Dan could definitely use some peoples skills classes. I wouldn’t recommend him to anyone. Dennis was accommodating to us for the rental.

Helpful, quick, and easy!
I came to South Suburban Mitsubishi with a specific car already in mind and Little Joe made the process so easy. He immediately helped me find what I needed, we test drove the car, and he helped get everything in order so I could drive the car off the lot that day. The whole process took maybe 2 or 3 hours and all my questions and concerns were answered and addressed. I left feeling like I got a good deal on a reliable car, and the entire process was quick and easy. That’s all I could ask for.

This is my third purchase from South Suburban Mitsubishi. I personally like the vehicles I have bought from them. Started off with the outlander sport, to a outlander and now the eclipse cross. It was a pleasure working with Gage McClure as he did everything he possibly could for the best deal with my situation. I highly recommend this dealer and salesman.
