The only trouble I had was getting a call center in Idaho and not the dealership locally. I spent at least 15 minutes on the phone when I could have just driven over and got my battery charged without an appointment.

Flat tire repair & battery test needed
We needed to have our flat tire repaired & our battery tested after it died due to hazard warning lights being on for 2.5 hours.

Traumatizing
As a woman, my fear is that I will pick up my car from routine service/maintenance and it will not run and I will be told that it is not anything the service center did. It happened at Kendall Subaru. They overfilled my oil during an oil change. It resulted in my car becoming unsafe to drive immediately after picking it up. They would not return phone calls and when they did, they denied, gaslighted and man-splained. I took it back in (driving unsafely) and they found their mistake and rechanged the oil. No apology, just a couple of free car wash coupons. I left a message for the service manger Kara, who has not returned my call. Not a place for women, I felt bullied, discounted and essentially was blamed for the whole incident until they could no longer deny it. What a giant hairball! Will stick with my trusted B&G Auto Repair.

The best service department I’ve ever had the pleasure of dealing with. Especially Brandon Burns. He is the best and explains the situation, talks to me like a person that is not auto knowledgeable. The service department here is outstanding. They even cleaned the outside of my very dusty car. I love these guys!

Your Eugene staff was excellent In COVID protocol! I felt uncomfortable when there was no customer safe distancing set up as I tried to enter the crowded service door. I stood outside the door until someone noticed the jam up. A controlled entrance and safe distance/staging area outside??

Excellent!
Stephen in the service dept was great. The techs that worked in my car were very good. Stephen made me feel very good about this dealership which is not the feeling I had after buying my car. I do not have the greatest feeling with the sales area of this dealership.
