Took my Crosstrek for its first 6000k service. Super easy...

Took my Crosstrek for its first 6000k service. Super easy & everyone very friendly and professsional! They're also very good with sanitizing my keys, then walking me to car & sanitizing steering wheel 😊

Everyone was friendly and kept me informed on the status. My pan under the oil was loose and I had to tighten it back up.

Kendall Subaru of Eugene has a well organized crew. They are seem to work in total unison with Each other to get the job done right and on time. I do all my own work and services in my own shop, but I had to take my wife’s car in for a recall repair and was quite surprised at how smooth it all went.

Excellent service that I've come to expect from this dealership. Especially A++ attention to corona virus precautions. Can't praise enough. Next car again a Subaru? Probably. A lot of the choice has to do with the attentive service at this dealership.

The Best Service Anywhere

I have always found that Kendall Subaru service department is the best possible place to have your car serviced. The staff there is ALWAYS courteous. reliable, honest and trustworthy....and, I should know. I have been bringing my Forester into them since I purchased it in 2010. I rate them the very best. bought a 2020 Subaru Forester

Overall the process to buy a car was easy with shopping first line, talking-to a sales person on the phone and then going to the dealership to drive the car and decide if the is the car I want.

Helpful agreeable and professional work. Nice people.

All was good. If I were being super picky, I would ask that one could call the service desk directly without having to wait through the robots/recordings to then get the general office, only to be transferred. I do have some concern that no-appointment oil changes could lead to long wait times, but that was not the case with my oil change visit yesterday. I will continue to work with Kendall Subaru. Thank you Kendall Subaru.
