Great Service. really nice people! Thanks to all of you. It's a 170 Mile trip to Eugene and back from our house. It is wort the trip for quality service.

The Best Service Anywhere

I have always found that Kendall Subaru service department is the best possible place to have your car serviced. The staff there is ALWAYS courteous. reliable, honest and trustworthy....and, I should know. I have been bringing my Forester into them since I purchased it in 2010. I rate them the very best. bought a 2020 Subaru Forester

Overall the process to buy a car was easy with shopping first line, talking-to a sales person on the phone and then going to the dealership to drive the car and decide if the is the car I want.

Helpful agreeable and professional work. Nice people.

All was good. If I were being super picky, I would ask that one could call the service desk directly without having to wait through the robots/recordings to then get the general office, only to be transferred. I do have some concern that no-appointment oil changes could lead to long wait times, but that was not the case with my oil change visit yesterday. I will continue to work with Kendall Subaru. Thank you Kendall Subaru.

Wrong tires...

Always had been with this dealership. This time, they installed wrong tires. Got me a rental at no cost overnight. No discount on final bill.

They listened to what I said and took great care...

They listened to what I said and took great care examining my tires , suspension changing the oil, etc. The service manager even checked the car out.

The only trouble I had was getting a call center in Idaho...

The only trouble I had was getting a call center in Idaho and not the dealership locally. I spent at least 15 minutes on the phone when I could have just driven over and got my battery charged without an appointment.
