Hyundai of St. Augustine

St. Augustine Hyundai was agressive in wanting my buisness. After agreeing on a price, from the comfort of my home, I was pleased that the agreed price was not manipulated when I went to purchase the car. Ron was the initial salesman and was very helpful. Wade was the sales manager that negotiated the price. Jose was the sales representative that processed the sale and he was very knowledgeable and spent time explaining the many features of the car. I and my wife were very pleased with the transaction.

This is the 7th car we've purchased!!! Need I say more? Love the dealership, love the employees and love my Hyundai! Always recommend them to anybody interested in buying a vehicle.

We have bought several cars over the last several years and the experience here was the best overall experience we have had. The customer service was amazing. They valued our time and was able to get our sale finalized, our car looked at by service and detailed in a reasonable amount of time. We will drive all the way from Orlando to purchase another vehicle here when we are ready to buy again. By far, this ranks as the most enjoyable--yes, I said enjoyable--car buying experience I've had. It helped that the gently-used car I purchased was as-advertised, the deal was haggle-free, and everyone involved showed great courtesy and professionalism. But mostly, I'd like to commend sales pro Leon Levit for his attention to detail, his knowledge of the car and his ability to facilitate a pain-free experience. Did I mention that the price we were quoted at the beginning of discussions is the price we actually signed for at the end? (How often does that happen when you're buying a car??) Plus, Leon is a genuinely nice guy and a lively conversationalist. Also, a shout-out to Paul Smathers who spent time with us as well. I'd recommend both of these gentlemen, and this dealership, to anyone shopping for a good used car. Hyundai of St. Augustine is a somewhat long drive from my home, but it was worth the trip. I'll be back for my next car.

This is the second Hyundai I have purchased. Our salesman Shawn Hays went above and beyond in Customer service and making sure our experience was A+ and it was. I took my Kia in to get serviced there and always had a pleasant experience and now that I have a 2012 Hyundai Sonata I see no reason to stop taking my car for service. The staff is always friendly and professional and I never have an issue when it comes to getting my car fixed or serviced right the first time. Debbie always takes very good care of my car.
