It took 3 hours to get my oil changed, I asked where my paperwork is and nobody wanting to help until I told them I needed to go. It's already been over 3 hours, kolton was at lunch, another lady wanted to smirk of yours. I said what I have had to wait until he got back from lunch to get checked out and they all have that dumbfounded look on their face
