Nearly 3 hours for an oil change is excessive.

Nearly 3 hours for an oil change is excessive. We were upsold synthetic oil (without asking) and when I questioned it, they just put a note in saying to not give us synthetic oil.

They are always cordial and try to help5 you. However if you just want to "window shop" they will not pester you. ]I really like their service department.

No problem with the dealership.

No problem with the dealership. Just an outlandish quote for a new tire. Very upset that no spare was included in my new Compass.
