The Button Dodge dealership and my sales associate, Mark

The Button Dodge dealership and my sales associate, Mark Wilkerson, went above and beyond from start to finish during the purchase process and follow up visit to resolve an unexpected issue. They made the purchase process a positive one. The way the follow issue was taken care of made me realize that they absolutely stand behind their vehicles and taking care of their customers. Service is quick.

They tried to tell me I needed repairs that I did NOT

They tried to tell me I needed repairs that I did NOT need — they mentioned issues from the last time I had my vehicle there — but I had already had those repairs done by an independent mechanic before bringing my vehicle back to Buttons. Hmmm.

Very poor time estimates, was told they would get my oil

Very poor time estimates, was told they would get my oil change and tires rotated right away. 2 and a half hours later. I saw my truck make it's way into the service bay. 3 hours for a tire rotate and oil change when I was told right away is ridiculous.

The service associate Jada was very prompt and courtesy.

The service associate Jada was very prompt and courtesy. Took care of the service issues. When my car was finished she contacted me. I will return for future maintenance.
