The warranty forever is horrible.

The warranty forever is horrible. Has ruined my life as of late. Very disappointing. No leeway whatsoever. Been a loyal customer and my son made a mistake by getting the oil changed by someone other than buttons. My record shows have been abiding by the warranty contract for years. And one mistake by a teenager voided my whole contract.. and now I have no way of seeing him at college or going to my daughter's games. Been missing work bc of no ride. It was an honest mistake. But you offer no forgiveness whatsoever.

Friendly staff.

Friendly staff. The lobby waiting area is wonderful if stuck with a child. They have drinks, soda, coffee, water and snacks. It’s very beneficial for those short trips for oil changes.

I was one of the first to request info on a used vehicle

I was one of the first to request info on a used vehicle they received. Dan sent me a couple of pics before it was detailed. He then kept me in the loop. After seeing the "finished" product I was unfortunately too slow to pull the trigger. It's gone, but not because of their doing. I now have NON-buyers remorse.

Her service to me was excellent.

SHANNON DILLMAN was great I would recommend them at this time. I was very satisfied, fast and affordable service so far very pleased. But make sure you must present the coupon at the time of payment.
