Shady

The 2 agents I worked with were nice so I put a deposit on a Jeep so I could be there in the morning. I got called at 6pm that they sold the Jeep anyways despite the deposit and the manager approved the sale. Untrustworthy!

Put a deposit down on a vehicle and planned to be there

Put a deposit down on a vehicle and planned to be there at 9am in morning. Got a call at 6pm that they sold it despite the deposit. Disappointed to say the least.

Overall great experience.

Overall great experience. I was in there longer than I wanted to be but got the vehicle I wanted. Professional, understanding and went out of their way after the sale.

Poor customer service

Might be great people there but I had 3 sales associates that reached out to me about a contact us inquiry I sent in early last week on a few used Jeeps but have been waiting on pictures and info of the new arrival Jeeps just listed and I can't get any replies. No one has replied after my reminder/update texts and emails asking. This place seems to have a great selection on vehicles and good prices so had planned on buying one from them. Maybe they do not have the vehicles and continue to list, never had the vehicle or just have poor customer service. Whichever it is, not good for business.

This was definitely the worst experience in my 50 years...

This was definitely the worst experience in my 50 years of buying cars. I found a new $49K Pacifica Limited there via the Chrysler site (I was looking for a very specific spec- silver, AWD, gray interior, sunroof, NAV, either a Touring or Limited), agreed to price, paid deposit, agreed to trade value, had confirmed appointment to pick up car yesterday, drove 3 hours from Cincinnati, and when I arrived on time at 11:30 AM, I was told, "Uh, somehow that car got sold to someone else." Unbelievable.

Worst dealer experience in 50 years of buying cars

This was the worst experience in my 50 years of buying cars. I found a new $49K Pacifica Limited there by using the Chrysler search site (I was looking for a very specific car- silver, AWD, gray interior, sunroof, NAV, either a Touring or Limited). Contacted Button, we agreed to price, I paid $500 deposit, we agreed to trade value, and I had a confirmed appointment to pick up the car yesterday. Best car buying experience!! Greg was great and not pushy at all! The sales mgr came and introduced his self to us...very impressive!! Finance guy was great too!!

Exceptional service

I have purchased 2 commercial vehicles from this dealer. I had a small issue with a used truck I had recently purchased. The issue was handled with the quickest speed I have seen from any dealer. Good to have a company that has integrity, and handles issues quickly. I would highly recommend.

I bought a used 300 from Button, the experience was...

I bought a used 300 from Button, the experience was easily the best that I have ever had from a dealer. There was some slight damage on rear passenger rim that I hadn't noticed, but the salesmen immediately pointed it out. The car is amazing, and every interaction I have had so far has been professional, quick, and easy. I will be back to purchase any future vehicles from this dealership, and from JC as long as he is there!!

They are scammers they tried to tell me my oil pan needed...

They are scammers they tried to tell me my oil pan needed replaced cause it had a hole in it yes it does it's called the drain hole so that didn't work so they said my transmission pan had a hole in it again no hole so when they took the pan off it has no drain hole they wouldn't let me in back to take a peek red flag they did before anyway they couldn't show no holes u could see the fluid was coming out of the gasket anyway when they took the pan off they they brought it too the waiting area and tried to convince me this foriegn thing it looked like some kind of liner i said whats that the clerk and mechanic we never seen anything like it so i bought the new oan and it was a day later it came to me and I realised i got scammed jee thanks andrew.
