My Husband and I bought a Honda Accord from J&M affordable a few years ago. We were so happy with the car we recommended them to our daughter who also bought a car. She was so happy that she has recommended J & M to others. We found them to be very helpful and reasonable. We found this family run business to very helpful. We highly recommend J & M

bought a Lemon from J&M
So here I am sitting on the side of the road with my 9 month old because the car I bought from them less than 5 months ago completely shut down. The transmission completely gone out of this car. They all seem very friendly just as any used car dealership would be... Anything to take your money! 20 minutes after I rolled off the lot my check engine light came on and it took them almost 2 weeks to fix all the problems . Also refusing to replace a bald tire. Thinking my 2007 mazda 3 would be a perfect buy I was blind sided by a fake dealer doing what they have to do to take your money.

Horrible
I bought a Saleen Mustang from them, and it is in-operational. Mechanic diagnosed the horrible sound he assured me was "the way it was supposed to sound" (purchased on-line). Diagnosis from local mechanic: Exhaust poorly modified, E-brake inop, lower ball joints have play, fuel filter spark plugs engine oil and filter needs replacing, tag lamp inop, bad wiper blades, excessive noise from supercharger, oil leak from engine. Too bad for the dealership to even road test. I would not purchase anything from them EVER again. They told me initially that it was "fully serviced and given a clean bill of health" and I got this. Thousands of dollars of repairs. DO NOT BUY!

It is unfortunate this gentleman is having "Buyer's Remorse" this car is awesome and has a Retail Value of over $38,000 and he purchased for Over $15,000 less than retail and convinced us to ship vehicle at our cost and then decided he didn't want the car and wanted us to unwind the deal. I'm sorry he is having "Buyer's Remorse" for this Awesome collector's car. This car was sold on EBAY

Bought my daughter a car. It was a fair price.. I thought. Like any used car you look at you test everything. Windows, lights, mirrors, locks, doors, if it has a spare tire, how it drives, etc. I drove it home and it drove fine. But over the last few months the freaking thing seems to be falling apart. it's a 2006 Mazda with a little bit of miles but no too bad. The motor almost won't start after you stop and put gas in it (regardless of empty or half full). The power mirrors stop working except for the driver side.. It only moves left. The power locks only unlock 3 of the 4 doors. Which is no surprise now because the rear passenger door that doesn't unlock also doesn't open from the out side. The front passenger window stopped working. The window tint is coming off the rear Passenger side window. The trunk button stopped working so unless you open it with a key you can't access it. The interior lights on the dash went out. First time I changed the oil the plug had lock tight on it... Surprise my daughter got a flat tire. But I can't blame them for that but the surprise came when I went get the doughnut out of the trunk. Not only was the spare under water it was the wrong tire/ bolt pattern... I still can not identify where the water comes from. I get used cars will have used car problems but this is rediciulious! I think the final straw was the spare tire not fitting on the car. I would avoid this nickel and dime operation... Less than a year of owning this car and I'm about to junk it.
