I told Valencia upfront that she didn't need to waste time with me but she still answered all my questions, offered me a drive and spent some valuble selling time with me. BUYER BEWARE: This is a terrible dealership. Mike Duda, no one cares how great you think you are. He spent several minutes telling my about all his awards and how great he thinks he is. I can tell you this, great job at LOSING a sale! Be careful with this dealership. This rep has plenty of bad reviews. If Russ Darrow is willing to hire and keep this guy how do you think they run the dealership. If Kia knew how I was handled I am confident they would pull their Kia dealership. Do your research first on Russ Darrow Kia and specifically this rep.
