First car buying experience, overwhelming success!
We had a very friendly salesman who was very kind and patient and overall just very helpful. Gave his direct line for easier contact, took pictures of cars if they couldnt be shown, qnd came in on his day off to sell us the car. Will 100% keep this dealership in mind for future purchases and service work.

Just an oil change
Even though this was just an owl change, the check-in was great, went to the customer area and had a cup of coffee. The Oil change done on time, the car was washed, and I left a very happy customer.

Keep up the good work
Everytime I need to go to Kia I either deal with Miranda Z or Jousha R and they both do a great job. From the friendliness to the customer service they provided me when I am there. Make sure I'm comfortable while I'm waiting for my vehicle to be finished. Keep up the good work to them both.

Women Beware
2005 Kia Spectra 5 failed emissions. Took car in. Was told gas tank had leak and exhaust system was rusted and might need to be replaced. $4800 max est for repairs. Then tried to get me to buy a new car. Because I am female, got drilled on personal information. Brother is mechanic and boyfriend knows alot about cars. Took car to boyfriend's mechanic. Less than $300 for oxygen sensor. No leaks anywhere. Just passed emissions. If you are a women, stay away from this place if you value your money! Shame on you Kia!! My next car will NOT be a Kia and my new mechanic is 40 miles from me, but he's worth it.

I am now a KIA girl
I have driven Mazdas for the past 6 years. When it was time for me to let go of my last Mazda I tried KIA and I'm glad I did. My 2018 Sorento is great in every way! It wasn't easy making the switch, but the right decision. I appreciate the time the sales staff spent with me, answering my questions and ensuring I was confident and comfortable with my purchase. I never felt pressured. I am a KIA girl!

Quick and Easy Service
The salesman Casey found me exactly what I was looking for and when one fell through had another found almost instantaneously. Rio did my finance and was pleasant to talk to and made the process go smooth and quick with info on everything I signed. Thank you guys!

New used car
The car dealer we worked with was Mike and the person who contacted us was Lavra. Both people were extremely nice and helpful. The worst part is always when they try to sell you other warranties. I know this is part of the job but the warranties are not even reasonablely priced, this is not a reflection of the sales people who we worked with at all! Just something that dealerships in general may want to consider for their costumers.
