Great sale Horrible Service

Bought a used vehicle that the transmission broke down less than a month from purchase. Turned away from service because it wasn't a Ford. Even with all their warranties I was left doing all the leg work to get it fixed. No communication and the few times there was it was wrong. It took 2 and a half weeks just to begin the repairs. No rental no call backs.

My repairs were done in timely fashion and the service staff are all very professional. My husband and I have purchased several vehicles from this dealer as well.

Service department

Very bad, experience. Very bad customer service,bad waiting time. Truck came out missing nut caps on back tire.air pressure on front left 53.2 psi ,right front tire,47.5 psi,left rear,76.3,and finally on right rear tire I found 63.1 psi. Haven?t checked the fluids yet,hopefully they the changed the oil. Don?t trust this place. It?s a disaster. They don?t care about their customer.
