Lack of communication and care about you vehicle is unfortunate. Why would you not send a quote of work when done, then when asked for one not committee back to the client. On top of that blame the phone line have been out for two weeks.

While our experience in buying our car from Parks was excellent, I want to focus on the service department. Ricky Rodriguez is our go-to representative. Always prompt, courteous and professional. In our almost eight years at Parks, we always call for and rely on Ricky to get our car taken care of.

I have purchased trucks from Parks Ford Wesley Chapel for over 20 years, and have always been treated with respect from their sales team. Their service team as well has been very respectful and has taken care of my trucks service needs over the years.

Luke Denisulk was a top notch salesman & his sales manager also. Buying local (a Wesley Chapel resident) & buying American made was our top priority and should be everyone’s! This particular Ford dealer consistently services me with the best service I’ve ever had! The staff works as an excellent team that is well oiled, and their communication is seamless. My car is routinely brought to my home after it is serviced. The service is stellar because they are: respectful, efficient, and professional.

Parks Ford is always a pleasure to visit. The employees are all very welcoming and are ready when arriving. The area to wait is comfortable and the extra is the refrigerator filled with an assortment of drinks, along with a fancy coffee assortment option.

The Service Department at Parks Ford is trying to screw me big time on a repair. Told me I had to have an engine replaced on a 2018 Ford Escape to fix a problem. COST IS $21,114 DOLLARS!!!!! What idiots would send that message to a long time customer!!!?? Morons.. The car is only worth 8K at the most. Avoid this dealership!
