A relatively fast and easy buying experience . The sales person was very cordial and professional. Very knowledgeable. The Finance manager was also efficient and helpful. Overall a very satisfying experience. I would recommend "Parks Ford" to any potential customer.

When I arrived at Parks Ford, I had already picked out the vehicle and wanted to Test Drive. I was told to speak with Shane, who assigned Steve Stultz work with me. We immediatly took the car out on a very thurough test drive. Steve had showed me all the features, as well as telling me more about the car. Every question was answered and I believe Steve is an absolute asset to your dealership. I decided to purchase the 2013 Escape and was sent to Carlos to go over different coverage and additional options for my new purchase. Carlos helped me save extra money by searching for a DMV Tag I didn't know I had. Carlos helped me get my payments within my set budget and before I knew it, The car was mine. During this time, Steve was busy setting up the SYNC with MyFordTouch and had the car all ready to go once I signed the Contract. The entire staff was very curtious and professional. I would certainly recommend any car buying from Parks Ford of Wesley Chapel.

I stopped in for an oil change on a Friday afternoon. (no appointment). It was brought to my attention my rear brakes were shot, and needed to be replaced. Alan took great care, as well as the tech who stayed late to get me on the road. Great Service!! Thanks Guys!!! Steve V.

The overall experience was very good. I had some pricing issues that I was concerned about and it was handled diplomatically and to my satisfaction. The concern and respect offered to me was of the highest quality. From the Receptionist to the Sales manager in the store everyone was cheerful helpful and courteous. I would like to thank Paul Stokes for professionalism during the post negotions. I would like to especially thank Robert Vido for his cheerful knowledgable service. He was a pleasure to work with before during and after the sale. He knows the product very well and is patient in sharing all aspects of the car and its features. We have had the Fusion for 2 days and are still getting used to it but it is a fun and safe experience to date.

Service was great, everyone was very attentive. I received updates, never had to call, they called me. Very professional and helpful. I will definitely be using this dealership as my ford service center.

It took the third time going in to find a sales person that wouldn't blow me off for another customer, found RC and he was awesome he listened and was really patience when I was deciding to buy. Than you RC.

I have been a faithful Ford customer for 2 F150's, my father/mother before me, my sister as well. I/we have always had dealings with Alan as our contact person. Last week Alan took care of my brakes, this week an awesome price on my new BF Goodrich tires. My brother n law, a tire dealer with big trucks couldn't believe our price Alan offered and since we have a great relationship with Alan he said to see Alan as he is no longer living in Florida to be available for us as he used to be. We stopped by unannounced yesterday at 8am and advised Alan he won our business for the tires. Just in time for tropical storm Andrea! It was like driving a new truck! I was safe and sound! Thanks Alan!

Dealing with service advisors Alan, Brent, & Michael, has always been super. They they have always been very helpful and accommodating no matter what time I have called in for service needs.
