The worst dealership

I traded my car in for a newer model and they were suppose to service my car before I bought it and lied about my car having an oil change, I heard squeaky noises from my back breaks and I took the car back and they said it was normal then the noises got louder I returned the car 3 times with them telling me my breaks were fine and they were not my back break pads were worn and thin and needed to be changed and I also found out I have bad spark plugs that had never been changed and when I asked about the car jerking they told me that the jerking was normal and it's just waiting gears, this place is a joke and they lie before you buy the car make you get the car fully inspected and the service warranty is a joke I had to pay for stuff that was wrong with the car before I got it, that should have been taken care of before they gave me the car FORD GETS A COMPLETE THUMBS DOWN AND I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THEM TO MY WORST ENEMY

Lies, rip off on trades, excessive credit pulls

They say The hunger of Pirhanas can strip their victims to bone twice as fast when the water level is low ....... When inventory is low here the salesmen will do the same to customer wallets, credit reports and give you bones for your trade in . Steer clear but if you do venture out there..... My suggestion: Remember to write things down verbatim ( like I did ) what they tell you on the phone then compare it to what you are told again at the dealership and let the fun begin. Funny how you can work out a deal the day before, drive 35 minutes there for an " appointment " only to find out the salesman forgot to mention the car you are trying to buy is now called a Demo and the employee who takes it home, buys groceries and takes the Cat to the vet in it.... does not work today OOPS !! Thanks for the worthless credit pulls and ... approval ........... I would rather buy from craigslist in a high crime neighborhood than shop here again. Well off to other sites to review again ! Most of positive reviews I have seen here are new cars.......My best guess is they can't stiff you on price on a new one as the Ford website will show correct prices unlike used ones.

2017 Ford Escape for sister
