Kudos to the Crew at Damerow Ford
I recently had a great ?used-car? experience with the folks at Damerow Ford. I was searching for a non-Ford vehicle on the web when I came across a new posting on their website. I called and was connected with salesman Steve H who told me this vehicle was just traded in and going through inspection and detailing. I asked about seeing it the next day and he said he?d do his best to have it ready and keep in touch with me. Sure enough, he contacted me the next morning and when we arrived the Damerow crew was hustling to get the car prepped for my test drive. After that drive I wanted to pursue the purchase (which also involved a possible trade-in of my non-Ford truck). The discussions with Steve H and Bradley E were easy and casual and they took time to understand my request for a good trade-in value for my truck. Moreover, without a bunch of back and forth, they in fact gave me a good trade-in price and moreover, were asking a fair price for the vehicle I was interested in purchasing. They were also straight-up honest with me on financing options, noting that that the Credit Union loan I?d secured was a better deal than what they?d be able to offer (and as a CUDL network member they were well-versed and fast in handling my transaction). They were also very responsive to several of my requests, including: procuring a CarFax report; contacting the previous owner regarding a maintenance record question and manuals and seat parts; and even calling one of their off-duty staff who was out of town on holiday to answer a vehicle inspection-related question I had. This, I felt, was an ?above and beyond? effort by the Damerow crew, especially for a 10-year-old used, non-Ford vehicle. We all know that under such circumstances they could have easily folded their arms and said ?Sir, it?s ?As-Is? No Warranty? and just left me hanging (I know because I had this experience with a different dealer years ago). But they didn?t - and instead they made great efforts to ensure that I was going to be satisfied with my purchase. And they have continued to check back with me, including scheduling and performing an amazing and free detailing of my ?new? used vehicle. So kudos to Steve, Bradley and the rest of the Damerow crew for making this such an easy transaction and moreover one that I felt compelled to share with others. My recommendation ? definitely check ?em out!

Dale. Excellent service
Dale was very easy to work with. I am picky about what I wanted. Dale was patient and made sure the vehicle I bought was the one I wanted. The credit dept. was also easy to work with.

Incompetent mechanics
Got my 4 month old truck back after 4 months in the workshop and it broke down again after a 4 mile drive home.

No customer service and incompetent mechanics
After having my new car for almost 4 months in the workshop because of massive oil consumption, with sitting around for the first two months without anything done. I finally got it back but only made it home before it broke down again. And the motor won´t start anymore and it stinks for oil when I try to start it.

Great experience
My 6 hour experience went great! My sales rep Gary and his colleague Omid were awesome! My lovely lady and I don't have the best credit history and they worked with us as much as they could, with great results. I will add that during all of the back and fourth on whether we could afford to buy or lease, we did not feel like they work swindling us or that they didn't want to work with us because of our financial background. Really, stand up guys! You know you're going to have a good experience when the salesman (Gary) walks out to greet us as I am making a fart joke to my lady AND he adds to the joke when we were test driving! Great and trustworthy people! Giv'em your business, it's worth it!

Good customer service
Ryan Lenz, was very helpfull getting my car repaired. I didn't feel pressured to buy extras. I appreciated that. The coffee machine is in the waiting room, it grinds the coffee and is VERY noisy. .

Great experience at Damerow Ford
I recently purchased a used Ford Escape after my previous car died. The experience was wonderful: I did not feel any pressure to buy and the help they offered was top notch. The people were knowledgable and friendly, which made it much easier.

Excellent Dealership Service
My experience was wonderful. My past 3 vehicles were purchased over the phone or online due to bad dealership experiences, but Damerow was excellent. I had no issues or negative interactions with any of their staff members. They were all courteous and respectful to me and my family throughout the buying process.
