My 5th truck to buy from Mcree and the service just keeps getting better over the years. I was treated with way more respect than I probably deserved. Its like dealing with old friends. A lot of the sales staff have been there for years and know me by name. They got me In & out quickly with the Deal I wanted on the truck I wanted. I am one Happy customer for Life!!

Clayton explained everything to me exactly the way it was supposed to work. I understood everything from the get go and knew he would answer any questions I had. Leasing a vehicle was so helpful to me. The only thing was - it was not me/customer that did the damage but MY HUSBAND who did the damage. It still pulls to the right because of the right side wheels and rims but Clayton said that was to be expected until it resets itself. I hope it resets fast.

This is the 2nd or 3rd time I have taken my car to Quick Lane for "The Works" with full synthetic oil. The 2nd time my tires were not balanced and rotated. This visit my fluids were not topped off. Makes me wonder if I paid for full synthetic oil and didnt get what I paid for.

I really like how honest the salesman was and not trying to get us for everything. We had a budget and they where willing to work with us. I know the goal of being a salesman is to make as much as you can on a sale but I truly believe that honesty is the best.

I literally just told the salesman what I wanted and after meeting with the finance guy to tell him how much I wanted to pay, they sent me on my way and made it happen. They kept in touch to let me know how it was going and made sure I was a happy customer!
