about 6 days into having our truck it had issues starting

about 6 days into having our truck it had issues starting and we were told that it was just an electrical issue and it’s not a big deal so we dealt with it. The key wouldn’t work to start the truck sometimes having to turn it 8-10 times to get the truck to start. Then in January we had to take it in and even though we purchased the highest warranty and insurance through Dave Smith it did nothing! We had to pay $5000 out of pocket and the truck was in the shop for 3.5 weeks because of all the repairs needed! (Mind you we had a new born at the time) They said it had to do with the electrical issue from when the truck was first purchased that Dave Smith told us about AFTER purchase. Now we’re being told the ENTIRE motor is “catastrophically blown” and we’re looking at a $10000 bill that even though we have a warranty on the motor (again through Dave smith) they could only cover $3000 of it. We want this wrong corrected!

I waited to post a review, glad I did. Bought a 2020 Jeep Gladiator from Dave Smith CDA. In my paperwork it states the dealer will reimburse me for getting the windshield fixed on my own, since I live pretty far away. I have called, sent emails, and have even been straight ignored by the salesman. I would not recommend doing business with this dealership. Don’t get me wrong, they sold me a car and got me out the door, but have failed to honor our agreement. They could contact me and make it right, but if they can’t return emails or calls, I doubt it will happen.

Excellent service

This is our 3rd car through Dave smith, we had the pleasure of working with Andrew for our latest purchase. After the purchase our vehicle started to overheat. The team at Dave smith took care of the issue and made sure we had a safe car to take home.
