the service writers are very friendly and informative.

the service writers are very friendly and informative. i had a 9:15 appointment got there at 9:05 and the veh did not get into the service writer until 9:45. the wait time was to be 2 hrs it took closer to 2 1/2 hrs.

We took our Camry up for a service and Adam asked if we were in market for a new car. I have been wanting an Avalon but it had sold so I looked at the Highlander and loved it. There was never any pressure for us to buy it was a great experience

Quick and easy.

Quick and easy. However, scheduler said it would take 2 hours and drop off. Desk employee said only 1 hour. Cost my wife an un needed trip to drive me home. I sent her home and waited.

It took them 2 1/2 hours to service and reset my fuel low...

It took them 2 1/2 hours to service and reset my fuel low light. When I questioned the time she first blamed it on computer problems and then covid both of which were lies according to a friend who works in service
