I talked to Jim my salesman back and forth for a 2021 Dodge Challenger. When I show up with a down payment and every required document. However, the car is not ready. What's more ridiculous is the previous buyer who looked at the car bought the car when I was talking about the price with Jim. I assume the management-level person let the previous owner know that I was pretty sure to buy the car, then their trick worked and they made a couple thousand more on the deal. Overall, not a good experience. I wasted my time and put a lot of miles on my car. If this is how dealerships handle things now, I'm not surprised. It's a money-driven world anyway.

I found the truck I wanted on Cars.com. I received an email from Tommy Lewis with in a few hours. He did not harass me. When I called him he answered all of my questions. He was an absolute pleasure to deal with! I found the truck on Monday 12/11/2023 and I picked it up on 12/15/2023! From my first phone call, to browsing the lot with Carl Davies, to buying a 2023 Ford F150 XLT, I never felt more comfortable buying a new truck. Carl listened to my reasons for wanting a new truck and showed me the best ones on the lot for me, I did not want to wait for the 2024 models. He answered every question and explained the options in each package. He took his time and really worked with me. The rest of the team was friendly and helpful too.
