GV Ford is a reputable dealership with an excellent service department.

Was looking online on Sunday. Stopped by on Monday. Drove away on Thursday. (Tuesday and Wednesday was Christmas Eve and Christmas). Got exactly what we wanted and it couldn't have been any easier.

Genesee Valley Ford gave me the price I was looking for on a new truck when other dealers would not. They truly are a no nonsense dealer. I would recommend them to all. The sales department was incredible.

Purchased tires service department helped me to find good tires which also included a rebate. They changed tires and also did a deluxe oil change.

I bought a new truck from this dealership, since the day I first purchased it there it has been a hassle. My spray on bedliner that was supposed to be done before I picked up the truck was never completed but I was called multiple times about buying floor mats? The truck has been there 3 times to have the door locks fixed, maybe they finally bare who knows, yesterday I had my tires rotated and the tech never changed the air pressure from the rear tires and front tires to compensate for the tires being switched from front to back. 5 minutes down the road my sensors went off and I had to go back and wait another half an hour to adjust my air pressure. My back up sensors get stuck on but even if I have a video it's not good enough, it has to do it at the shop so I'm stuck with sensors that stick on whenever they want, this has been happening for months. I had a 3pm appointment Wednesday, had the truck there on time, luckily I had a ride home because they didn't even start working on it till the following day and don't offer a loaner. I really liked this place in the beginning but I'll never have service or purchase another vehicle again from this dealer, you mean nothing once you walk out that door.

I heard about Genesee Valley from WHAM Don Genova was on Saturday morning Home repair show. Decided to check out the web site. Found a car I liked and decided to come down and drive it. Tried the Edge. Nice car but too big for me . Debbie In sales was amazing. She found a smaller SUV so I bought a Ford Escape.i absolutely Love it !!

The staff was very knowledgeable about the repairs that needed to be made and fixed them quickly. The amount they charged was much less than at a similar dealership where the same procedure was performed this summer when my tire had the same problem and I was unable to get to Genesee Ford. Thank you
