Was a little confused at first. We pulled up and just started looking around. Normally you would be swarmed by a sales team... NOT HERE. When we were ready to inquire we were met with a smile and the salesman was very informative. Test drove a car within 10 minutes. Loved it, we agreed to a price ($1000.00 less than the sticker). Paperwork and keys within an hour. This was the best car buying experience I've ever had and would recommend to anyone (especially the intimidated).

After buying two cars from 405 Motors in the last 6 years, we won't shop anywhere else, even though they are a 3-hour commute from our house. We love their unique no-pressure and no-haggle approach, with no scary surprises, that respects and honors the consumer. Others dealers claim to offer a no-pressure environment only to change their tune once you arrive, but 405 actually delivers. We bought an SUV a few years ago from another flashy dealership because we wanted a particular model that 405 didn't have, and we had a horrible experience and regretted our decision. We also appreciate their large and varied inventory and how they specialize in older cars with low mileage. We highly recommend 405 Motors without reservation.

My visit to 405 Motors was very pleasant. The staff is responsive, but without the atmosphere of pushiness. They let the product do the selling. Other customers I noticed were walking around at their own pace without the interference of pushy salesmen present. They let me look and drive without hounding. The only time they talked about the vehicle was when I asked them a question. Great guys!

I would give everything 5 stars but my phone app isn't working. Overall really good experience.

These guys are straight forward with the vehicle and their price. We did not feel pushed into buying the vehicle at all. Overall I am a satisfied customer!

We purchased a Nissan Frontier truck from 405 Nissan last weekend. We loved how they let you look at the vehicles without being pressured by a salesman. Once we found the vehicle we were interested in we went to the office and they pulled it up front. We loved how they let you take the vehicle for a test drive by yourself. We let them know up front that we would have to wait a week to purchase the vechicle and they let us put a small deposit on it held it for us until the next weekend. When we went back this weekend they had the truck ready for us. They worked on the financing and worked with us to get a payment that would work for us. No pressure at any point in the purchase.
