I just bought a new car at 405 Motors and was impressed by their process. All cars in the lot are marked with the important information, model, year, miles, price. This makes it very easy to look at their inventory on your own. They have non-commissioned sales people available to answer any questions. If you want to test drive, the process is very easy, provide your name, phone number and they take a copy of your driver's license. They include the carfax on their website for each car so you don't have to ask or pay a fee yourself to find out the information on the car's history. The financing process was very quick and they could answer all my questions. If you are looking for a car, check them out and see for yourself.

The purchase experience at 405Motors was tremendous. When their lot inventory did not have exactly what we were looking for, Musavir searched diligently and got the exact vehicle. Then Bari patiently walked us through the financing details. We then had to continue to deal with 405 as a persistent CHECK ENGINE light would not go away on our newly purchased vehicle. Three trips back to 405 did not resolved it. Musavir finally took our vehicle back and gave us a loaner. It would take almost a week to resolve the issue with 405 covering the cost of the fix but we are extremely grateful that 405 stood behind their products.

Your guys do a good job to sale used cars like no pressure to sell/buy, friendly staffs and nice used cars on the lot for just over one year sale car operation. I hope that your business will expand faster so your sale office will take over next door concrete shop.

This should have been an easy purchase on a car with less than 7000 miles. I am a mature and well experienced car buyer. I have bought cars on the Internet many times successfully. From the very start, working with staff there was very difficult. As part of my normal inquiry of a long-distance buy I try to evaluate the car and staff before spend the money to travel. When I could not get straight answers from the staff on condition and deposit, I asked to speak with the owner who whom they provided me with his name. Every time that I called the dealership, the named owner was not available, but someone new was always there claiming to be a partial owner. A few days later I received a letter from Zahid Baloch, signed as the General Manager of the dealership; when I called to speak to Zahid Baloch (the GM) the staff there told me he is not the GM and only comes in occasionally. When I said that makes zero sense considering the letter I received they just laughed and it was then that I lost ALL faith in the dealership staff. I asked for the owner to call me and the owner never call me.

On a minor check on some maintenance needs, the team said it would be best to have a slight repair done in order to better insure the proper and preventative maintenance needs of the vehicle. They were right! The vehicle runs great now and its all due to the dedicated team and knowledgeable staff. Thanks team!

We purchased a Lexus RX 400h from this dealer based on the recommendation of a friend. They had several cars to look at. On request they provide the key for inspection and test drive. We had the car inspected by another shop. It was due for a major service and new tires. This was a locally owned car with only one previous owner. We chose it over others due to knowing this and seeing the Carfax report. The actual purchase was very simple. The price was reasonable and non- negotiable. We liked that very much. We sat down in their office to fill out forms for license and registration. We paid. We were offered various extended warranties. We declined. No pressure. We were given keys, remote and manual. We were good to go. I will be very happy to buy cars from this company in the future.

We recently bought a 2008 Toyota Highlander from 405 Motors and had by far the easiest car trading/buying experience of our lives! One of the most unique things about 405 Motors is that they don't operate with the typical intense sales pressure of a used car dealership. We went to 405 Motors a couple times prior to actually purchasing our vehicle and each time we were very pleasantly surprised by the total lack of sales people putting the heat on as soon as we stepped onto the lot. Instead, we were able to check out any car on their lot, both inside and out, without a single person hovering over us, making a sales pitch. It really allowed us to look everything over and feel very comfortable with our decision to ultimately buy the car. We were able to test drive the car without heat from a salesperson as well. We simply went to the sales office and they grabbed an iPad photo of our drivers license and off we went. I cannot stress how much we appreciated the lack of pressure from any sales staff. The process of actually purchasing our vehicle was just as simple and hassle free. Another unique thing about 405 Motors is that they truly do have very fair, "no haggle" prices. It was very refreshing to walk into the office, knowing exactly what we would be paying for the car. We let them know we were interested, but that it hinged on our trade in value. They checked out our trade in and ultimately offered us a fair price based on their evaluations combined with the KBB fair range. We moved forward and the process was a breeze. I would highly recommend 405 Motors to anyone in the market for a very affordable, quality, used car. They have a fantastic selection and all of the people we worked with were very nice and helpful!
