Mike Shaw's Toyota is a great dealer!
I've bought 1 Toyota and traded it in last yr. to upgrade. Sales and management and esp. the service people are easy to deal with. As a woman I appreciate their attitude in selling and working with me. I trust them and have a pleasant time anytime I go into their dealership. Just want to say that mike shaw Toyota has the best deals, and urban the salesman is the guy to go to if you want a sales man that will not force you to buy he will tell you that he wants to earn your business , but wants to be sure you get what is something you will be pleased with.he is polite and even prayed for me to make the right choice, and he ask me what I felt I wanted to pay and no more , and he made it happen, I highly recommend salesman named urban at mike shaw Toyota.. First Car Ive Ever Bought
I was dreading the experience because I had been to other car lots and been hasseled to purchase by people who didnt even know much about the vehicle (evident by them admitting it). I was interested in an FJ cruiser, and Mike Shaw Toyota had the best one I had seen yet, plus the first person I spoke to knew more about it than me (Ryan I think was his name). I was wary of the price, so I decided to wait....and after about a week, they actually still had it. So i went to look again, and one pleasant experience later, I was driving it home. Thanks to Jerry, Jenessis, and all the other fine folks there that made my first car buying experience an awesome one.
