First Car Ive Ever Bought

I was dreading the experience because I had been to other car lots and been hasseled to purchase by people who didnt even know much about the vehicle (evident by them admitting it). I was interested in an FJ cruiser, and Mike Shaw Toyota had the best one I had seen yet, plus the first person I spoke to knew more about it than me (Ryan I think was his name). I was wary of the price, so I decided to wait....and after about a week, they actually still had it. So i went to look again, and one pleasant experience later, I was driving it home. Thanks to Jerry, Jenessis, and all the other fine folks there that made my first car buying experience an awesome one.

For many years I have had the fear of car dealerships, and for this reason have never purchased a new or used vehicle from any dealership. Today I am happy to say this fear is long gone largely due to the experience I had with the whole establishment of Mike Shaw, in Corpus Christi, Tex. It began with the friendly soft spoken voice I heard over the phone, with Mr. Jim Widick, he gave me the feeling that I would be treated with the upmost respect. Great Service and Great staff

I have boughten two vehicles from Mike Shaw Toyota already and I have no complaints. Everyone is super friendly and helpful. They have free cookies, coffee, and refreshments which is very nice. Service department is also awesome. They keep me updated on the status of my vehicle and always wash and vacumm my vehicles once my service is done. Just an awesome place for your car needs.

Service department

The service department has a lot of young people working on cars. The people in the service department talk to you like your stupid. I've taken my car to get fixed on a major problem several times and they have yet to fix the problem.

I was very happy with my purchase from Mike Shaw Toyota. All except a small incident that was quickly resolved, I am satisfied with my purchase. I would definitely recommend buying a pre-owned vehicle from this dealership. The pre-owned sales manager is an unpleasant soul, but if you can get through his condescending attitude they will set you up with a good deal.
