I never would have thought I'd buy a used truck over the phone, but with the great service I got from Sean, that's exactly what I just did... and it was probably the most pleasant car buying experience I've ever had. I live in Missoula, and after not quite finding what I was looking for locally, I started searching on the internet. To my surprise, pretty much exactly the truck I wanted was at Taylor's in Great Falls. I called five minutes before closing time and got Sean. He was super helpful and stayed on the phone past closing to talk with me about the truck and Taylor's philosophy of providing great service to customers from far and wide. The next morning, he texted me photos and videos and took for a test drive for me. He was very honest in his assessment of the truck, it was priced very fairly, and within a couple days I decided to go for it. The one thing missing was a trailer hitch, and Sean arranged to have Taylor's install a new one for me. Once it was ready, he offered to deliver the truck to me in Missoula, but my wife and I decided to meet him in Lincoln (halfway) on a Sunday. The truck was exactly as he had described it, and I drove home very pleased with my new-to-me 2012 Nissan Frontier. I would definitely recommend giving a Taylor's a try, even if you don't live in Great Falls!
