We were very impressed with everyone being so friendly. My mom is handicapped and our sales person (Ron Cooper) went above and beyond carrying her oxygen and helping her walk. One thing that did upset me was the fact that we spent $ 30,000 on a new car and my mom wanted a hat that said the name of it (juke) but we couldn't get it for free after spending $30,000. The man that sold her the car bought it for her.
