My husband and I had a great experience at Taylor's Auto Max. We found a vehicle on-line and my husband called and spoke with Bob Anderson. Bob explained the vehicle and even sent us a video via email. He made sure we were very informed and got all the information needed to our credit union. The best part was pulling up to the dealership and being treated like people. We were greeted right away, in a genuine helpful way (not the pushy arrogant way we have grown accustom to). We had driven 8 hours for a great deal on our truck. We were asked about our drive. When we walked into the dealership we were again greeted with hello's and smiles. Not just our sales person but all of the dealership from the sales staff, sales manager and finance manager was helpful, kind, and informative. Thank you to all of Taylor's Auto Max for the wonderful service. We were confident driving off the lot in my dream truck, and we are still smiling after the sale.

At the time we were shopping around for a luxury sedan but hadn't quite made up our minds as far as what we wanted. Ron Cooper was friendly, tentative, knowledgeable, patient, there was no pressure and was eager to assist. We would recommend him to others in the market for the purchase of a new car.

I found a car that I really wanted and I got it! I dont have the best credit & they were able to finance me :) Everyone was so friendly and didn't pressure me into buying something I did not want. So happy I was able to get the car I wanted & the payments were cheaper then I was quoted. If you do have good credit I highly recommend going in! They will work with you and find something that you will be happy with :) Thank You Cathie for all of your help & making sure I got the car I wanted!

Sean is a great team leader for Taylors Auto Max. I have had always had a good relationship with Sean. He goes above and beyond to make sure you are put in the right vehicle. After you have purchased a vehicle he makes sure that anything that needs to be taken care of, gets taken care of. I would recommend Sean to anyone.

We live 110 miles from Great Falls and Bob Anderson did everything possible to have everything organized and ready to go when we arrived. He even stayed after hours waiting on us because we ran into construction on our way. A huge thanks to Bob and Greg for everything they have done to get us home with the truck of our dreams. They even bought and mailed us a spare key fob because ours did not come with one.
