I normally do not leave feedback but I felt that the experience I had at Taylors should be an exception. The other day I bought me second truck from Jay and was still not let down. He remembered me from when I first bought a truck from him over three years ago! Jay’s remembrance of me made my buying experience much more personal. It was as if a friend was helping me buy my car. Just like the first truck I bought from Jay, he again gave me a great deal with excellent customer service. If you are like me and hate “high pressure” salesmen then Jay is the man for you. He will always help you out with your vehicle needs, even after the sale! Jay is a great guy and I definitely recommend Taylors Auto Max to everyone!

We had a not so pleasant car shopping experience down the road just prior to stopping in at Taylors. Jay was awesome from the beginning of our visit. He was honest and upfront. Something you don't expect when car buying. We were looking for a no bull, in and out, answers to our questions, upfront salesman, and Jay did just that and got is in a newer/cheaper payment vehicle. We will definitely recommend him and Taylors to our friends/family as well as be back in the near future for our second vehicle.

Ron Cooper went above and beyond any sales rep that we have ever had before. He was willing to give up a portion of his commission to make our vehicle buying experience more then we could have ever asked for. My wife and I will be sending everyone we know to Ron and when our three chidlren need a car, where ever Ron is, that's where we will be as well. Please let him know how much we appreciate everything he has done for our family. Only a man of God would make that kind of sacrifice.

My car buying experience at Taylor Auto Max was pleasant from start to finish. Chad Taylor and Jay Schabarker were attentive and informative. Moreover, they remained patient when responding to all my (many) questions and concerns. In what felt like no time at all, I went home the proud owner of a new car. I'd highly recommend TAM for all your car-buying needs.

I would definitely recommend ACR. It's all about customer service and Pacer, in my opinion, went above and beyond. He was not pushy and he met all of my families needs. He even went out of his way to make sure that all of my kids were satisfied from letting them ride in the front when we test drove our new car to helping program phones with the Bluetooth capabilities.
