Working with that staff at Taylor's Auto Max, namely Bob Anderson, was truly a refreshingly smooth experience, especially compared to car buying experiences we have been through in the past. Rather than worrying solely on solidifying a sale, Bob listened thoroughly to our needs/wants and financial stance to find us the truck that fit our families situation perfectly. You'd be hard pressed to find a dealership/salesman that will make you feel more taken care of during as well as after the sale. Bob even came in on a day off to get us into our truck a day earlier. Jay Schabarker took care of us in our final stretch of inking the deal and was extremely nice, personable and helpful. If these guys are any indication of the caliber of the rest of the employees, this is surely a hard to find five star dealership everyone should consider when looking to get in to a new rig. Jay Constantino did a great job working to get the 2015 Beetle RLine I wanted. He was able to get an inventory swap from an out of town dealer, and it was a swift turnaround. He worked outside of business hours with me to find the right car, and I really appreciate the personalized attention.

The car buying process was made simple here. No BS, they tell you how it is and wont point you in a direction in which you aren't comfortable. The only issue I had was when they washed and detailed the car I bought, the wash wasnt great. There was visible dirt that remained and i found an empty pop can in the door compartment. Also, I drove the car off the lot with less then 1/4 of a tank of gas, i expected more. besides that I was very pleased with everything and plan to return when I need another vehicle.

Our sales person brought the car to his home, which is across the street from our house so that we could drive the car. He knows how busy of a schedule we have and made it very easy to try the vehicle and to make our decision.

I worked with Jay Schabarker, as i have for the last two years, and he was helpful and did as much as he can when i had trouble financing. It took me days to get financed and he did everything in his power to hold the car i wanted, and get us financed. I absolutely love coming to this dealership and am always satisfied when i work here and with Jay. I will recommend to anyone.
