Excellent

I worked with Gary Lipnickey and highly recommend him to anyone! He has work with our family for a number of years and we will continue to work with him in the near future. Gary is a wonderful guy who goes out of his way to help, giving you the utmost best. He is the perfect guy to have as a dealer and will answer any questions or concerns you can think of. He was very quick and easy to deal with. For anyone who is planning to buy or trade, I would say choice Taylor Auto Max as your dealer site and Gary Lipnickey as your dealer.

Integrity

I worked with Mook and Bob who are both very informed about their inventory and eager to answer any questions. The price was fair and the paperwork was filled out. Then we hit a snag. The car did not have the all wheel drive I was told it had. This was not an underhanded, sleezy salesperson mistake but an honest misunderstanding. They did agree they had given me wrong information and made every attempt to make the situation right. We were able to close the deal. They were patient with me and stayed past 7pm on two days to help me. Good job guys!

Awesome!!!

Ron Cooper and Cathie Blalock both went out of their way to get me into the car I wanted, price I wanted and payments that suit. Overall some of the best customer service I have ever had. Would definitely recommended these two and this dealership to anyone I know. Thanks Ron and Cathie you two are awesome!

Ron cooper Is the man

Ron went out of his way to help me get into the car I told him I wanted to buy. He was knowledgable about the vehicles on the lot and made me feel comfortable in the selection as well as the purchasing process.

Awesome Experience!

It was my first time buying a vehicle and Jay made it so easy for me. He was very professional and gave me space to make my decision which I like. He also helped me with anything I did not understand!

Used Buick purchase

He went over and above to make sure that all my questions were answered and nothing was left unchecked. He was extremely honest and upfront. Ron worked with us to get the best deal and made it seem like his commission was the last thing on his mind. Ron was more concerned with me getting everything I wanted for the price I wanted to pay then anything else. Ron is a great salesman who appreciates his customers. Ron has definitely gained a repeat customer!

Quality treatment

My experience overall was one of satisfaction. I would however, in the future prefer to work directly with the inidiviual having the authority to work the pricing deal. I understand that isn't always possible. However, waiting to see if the counter offers were acceptable tend to be a less efficient way to spend time.

Great service and employees

This would be my second time buying from Taylors and had Jay Schabarker help both times and he made amazing deals and got me into a vehicle in no time. I also had help by Marshall Fiedler and he too really is there to serve you as a dealer. They both really cared about the customer and I now know who i am going to continue to do business with at Taylors Auto Max.
