Taylor's Auto Max

There was a disconnect from the price on the vehicle which I was offered. After a verbal agreement on the price of the car, when it came time to sign papers I was told a certain factory rebate did not apply and I would have to pay the extra $750. Of course this did not make me happy, however, due too Taylor's honoring the negotiated price after some discussion, they made things right. It is because of that I will recommend them to others.

Yesterday, Gary helped us find our new car! Today he delivered it to Great Falls where we made a trade. Gary has a lot of enthusiasm and is an excellent and hard worker. He finished our paperwork quickly and let us head home early. Tomorrow we will leave on our out-of-state trip with a new car! baum

We are not your regular vehicle shoppers. We hold on to a vehicle until the wheels begin to fall off. The sale team of Ron and Gary was supportive during the process sharing their years of experience. We found a vehicle worked through the prices and left happy to have new wheels. I bought a 2014 ram 2500, this is my sixth vehicle through Taylor's. Every time I have been here it is an excellent experience. Cathy Blalock helped me and she is the best. would hace been a five star complete rating except for two glitches. still am driving away very happy with my purchase. if i plan on purchasing another vehicle someday. taylors automax is a good place to start. saved me alot of time, trouble and had minimum confusion. honestly though-two glitches. little but enough to irritate my side. so close to perfect five star. but im a perfectionist. the littlest things count. i cant expect anyone else to live up to my standards but they came very close. did i mention i drove away very happy. oh. still am.

WE EXPRESSED MAKE MODEL AND PRICE RANGE TO RON COOPER. HE KEPT IN CONTACT. WHEN A TRUCK CAME IN THAT MIGHT FIT OUR NEED HE WOULD CALL. HE TREATED US AS FAMILY WHICH MEANT THE WORLD TO US. HE FOLLOWED THRU EVERY DETAIL. HE WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND OUR EXPECTATIONS. RON YOU'RE AWESOME!!!!!!

We told salesman (Kip) what we wanted in a vehicle and he provided us with information on the best choice for what we were looking for.
