Taylor's Auto Max

If it wasn't for Ron when we purchased our pickup last year we would not have been back. Ron is very friendly but yet not the pushy sales guy!

We walked into Taylor's Auto Max, just shopping, we weren't expecting to buy. However, the variety and quality of vehicles available were unmatched at other dealers. The day we arrived it was cold and snowing, yet there was someone to greet us with a smile and a test drive. Everyone was very knowledgeable and helpful. Turned out we knew the people helping us in a 'small town way', as well. All in all it was an amazing experience that we will tell our friends about. Thanks so much Mike and Dave!

James is a very helpful and polite person, understood what we needed and we appreciated how quick papwork was done for example we were on a test drive while paper was worked on as well as the number of banks to send off to for qualification. james Answered any questions we had' and end of the deal still extended their time if we had any problems . Last month, my wife and I decided it was time to get a safer vehicle that was newer and more fuel efficient, as we are expecting our firstborn son in February 2014. In our search through local dealerships and online, we were pleasantly surprised with our experience with the freindly Chris Marshall at Taylor's Auto Max. And in a no pressure way, we were shown several options regarding how to proceed. And on our request to finance in our own way, Chris was respectful of that decision, and patient with the bank we work with. A year or two ago, while still a single man, I purchased from Chris an SUV that I was very pleased with. His honesty and integrity was a soothing to the stressful situation that is buying a first car. Now although he doesn't work at that exact dealership any longer, I walked away feeling good about my decision, and remembered the niceness of working with him, and looked forward to the next time he and I would meet. The dealership was also a very easy place to do business as well. Very pleased to take our business, Mr. Taylor was also a very memorable experience. Ron was a very friendly face when we pulled up to the dealership. He was professional and was a joy to work with.
