Ron was excellent to work with. He was very knowledgable with what was available on the lot, and listened to what are needs were. He was patient with us and not "pushy" like other car salesmen. We will definately be seeing Ron at Taylor's again for our next purchase!

Josh Copeland made my car buying experience a great one. He was friendly, helpful, and more than fair. He looks out for his customers. I would definitely recommend people to him at Taylor's Auto Max.

The entire experience was great. Large selection of quality vehicles. Found perfect vehicle to accommodate my needs. Marshall was very helpful and friendly. Sales manager and finance guy were also very pleasant to deal with. Had none of the usual pains I normally have dealing with purchasing this car for a nice change :)

I took my a friends' son out to look for the perfect "first" vehicle. After numerous dealerships and a bit frustrated we found a vehicle at Taylor's. It was out of our price range but Josh Copeland left a great first impression. He answered the questions and if he couldn't he would say he would get us an answer A.S.A.P. He knew the history of the vehicle and even got us a used vehicle report when requested. The first impression left a trusting feeling in my gut about Josh; he was visibly the only salesman standing in that lot on a very cold day when we drove up. He smiled, had a firm handshake and had a no B.S. attitude about him. I wish that was the case of every Sales-person we met in Great Falls that cold morning. After a very long day we went back to test drive the pick-up and Josh was very busy, but he found another salesman,James Winters, that took us for a test drive. My friends' son was treated like an adult by both salesmen which I liked since he was 18 and it was his money. Both salesmen went above and beyond to help us make a solid educated decision. A few days later we returned and negotiated a fair price and left with a beautiful well detailed vehicle. I offered to give Josh extra money because I knew he would have to split his commission, he declined and said he would just like our future business. Thank You Josh and the entire staff at Taylor's Auto Max!

My experience was overall a good one. Cathie was a pleasure to work with. I only wish that the car I paid 23000 for would have gotten the 60000 mile servicing before I took possession of the vehicle. I should have ask for this before I made the deal. Also the front head rests are very loose and possibly broken. The DVD feature was tested and they work it is the head rest will not adjust. I bought the 3 year 36000 mile bumper to bumper warranty. I will be bringing the car in for the head rests to be fixed. I will update this review after I bring the car in for servicing.
