James Winters was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. This was my second time that James has helped me purchase a used vehicle. I found him to be honest, caring, sincere, and loyal to his customers. He looked and worked very hard to find me a used vehicle. When I wanted to trade off the first vehicle, he was there helping me decide which route to go. I finally settled on a Chevy HHR. I was really impressed with how well James knew this vehicle. He knew I was looking for something with low mileage and good on gas. He went over the process with me and helped me decide which vehicle made more sense for me to drive. He is outgoing, friendly, and quite willing to help his customers. I enjoyed visiting with him as well. I highly recommend this salesmen and would have no problems telling other people I know, that they should go see James Winters at Taylors. I thinking he deserves a big Christmas Bonus from Taylors.

I'm an active duty Air Force member and the "REAL DEAL" Ron Cooper really reaches out for military members. Any Military member looking for a new or used vehicle look no further. Overall, a great experience and Ron matched the price I wanted for a used Chevy Suburban 2013. The only thing that I did notice negatively was that the vehicles cleanliness wasn't up to standard. If I would of mentioned this i'm sure Ron would of taken care of it. Another thing that stood out was how he priced some accessories I was looking for. He even followed up with me a couple days later to ensure the vehicle was good to go. One can have a lot of mixed feelings when dealing with car salesman. When we purchased a car in Oregon it turned out to be a real bad experience. Taylor's AutoMax returned some of our faith in purchasing a vehicle. We told them from the get go that we had a limited amount of time to purchase a vehicle and didn't want to play the game of dickering back and forth. We were in and out in the allotted time, thanks to Ron.

I went to Taylor's Auto Max on the recommendation of a friend and co-worker, Leslie Jiminez. My vehicle was totaled by a deer and Leslie told me of the great experience she had at Taylor's, so I decided to start there. I felt like Josh did a great job and listened to what my husband and I wanted in a used vehicle and did the best he could to show us vehicles as close to what we wanted and needed in our price range. I appreciate all the help we received. I thought everyone was very friendly and great to work with, from Josh, to finance, to the service department. We just traded our Jeep for a newer model at Taylor's Auto Max and are very happy this is where we made our purchase. All employees were very accomodating and open to your needs as a customer. They are willing to work with YOUR situation and budget as best as they can. Overall, they just want to give you what you really want and will make sure to adjust however they need to.

I found the truck I was looking for at Taylor motors. Michael was very easy to work with and treated me fairly. They even found me a better finance rate then what I was preapproved for.

We have had nothing but problems with the vehicle. I have driven the vehicle total of 14 days out 30. It has been in the shop the rest of the time with transmission and rear driveline issues. The first time it went to the shop was 3 days after buying it. Than we had to have the fuel gauge replaced in the shop for another trip. As far the price; we had to pay for half the cost of the navagation disk as the vehicle did not have one but yet the value of the vehicle was priced for having the navigation in it. Been trying since we bought it to get an navagation manual so I know how to run the radio and navagation and to this day a month and half later nothing. No one seems to care that we are having issues with the vehicle and no one has called or checked or reimbursed us for our problems. When my vehicle was traded in it was thought to have something wrong with it and didn't get the trade in it should have got, but they can sell us one that has had over $5000 worth the work done and not to say being without a vehicle for over 2 weeks. I am not happy with any service I received and don't think I will be returning any time soon to buy another vehicle there. I would not recommend to any of my friends.

He was really good at finding exactly what we wanted and he was super costumer friendly. I know that when I'm ready for a new car I'll definitely want him to help me find what I'm looking for!
