We had a great experience at Taylor's. Gary was a great salesman and helped us to find the perfect automobile for us. We never felt any pressure to buy a car.

Ron was very friendly, helpful, and caring when he helped me buy my car. I told him what car I wanted and he said id be driving that hole today. I had an excellent experience with taylors because of Ron. When I decide it's time for a new vehicle, the only person I'm going to deal with is Ron.

Gary is a very nice guy. We were shopping for a new car for me and the wife. We ended up not buying a car some where else just cause we found a great car somewhere else. But my son needed a car so I went back to see him. He is not pushy or over powering he listens to what you want and tries to find it. I will recommend him to my friends and family

We generally don't like sales people who hover or push us too much to buy. Cathie never pressured or annoyed like other car sales people we dealt with in Great Falls. We were given the time and space we needed to make our decision, and this was a significant factor in our purchase. Another factor was price. We compared their prices to other dealers and private sellers, and Taylor's was the lowest. Everyone we met at Taylor's Auto Max was helpful and friendly, and we highly recommend them.

I'm an active duty Air Force member and the "REAL DEAL" Ron Cooper really reaches out for military members. Any Military member looking for a new or used vehicle look no further. Overall, a great experience and Ron matched the price I wanted for a used Chevy Suburban 2013. The only thing that I did notice negatively was that the vehicles cleanliness wasn't up to standard. If I would of mentioned this i'm sure Ron would of taken care of it. Another thing that stood out was how he priced some accessories I was looking for. He even followed up with me a couple days later to ensure the vehicle was good to go. One can have a lot of mixed feelings when dealing with car salesman.
