Taylor's Auto Max

A little embarrassed to admit at age 58 I've never bought a car on my own. But Taylor's paid me a kindness when my husband passed & I knew I'd be back when it came time to purchase. Ron Cooper was astronomical from start to finish. He literally worked for me by finding out what I wanted & what my needs/concerns were, then by getting the whole ball rolling. He answered every question - & I had a lot - and was extremely attentive, going out of his way to accommodate me. I've never seen such service. He even introduced to different folks working at Taylor's, which made the experience very comfortable. I fell very satisfied with the whole situation...and I LOVE my car! Thanks to everyone at Taylor's, but especially Ron.

I totaled my car in an accident a few weeks ago and I was very busy with finals so I really didn't have time to look around. I called Dave and put him on the look out for some ideas for a new car that I was interested in. Within a few days he called with the perfect vehicle for me. When I got there he was very friendly and so was the rest of the staff. He was very knowledgeable about the whole process and easily answered any questions that I had. He was very insistent on making sure that I had the best quality vehicle he could find in my price range. I greatly appreciate all of his dedication and positive attitude towards making sure I was a happy customer. Thank you!

I came in to look at the Chevy Malibu's that were being sold at extremely good prices when I ran into Ron Cooper who helped me find the right car that I was looking for. He was very honest and sincere with his service, and his sales approach wasn't overwhelming like I've found from other car lots. He let me test all the cars I wanted to,and as soon as I was ready, he got me into the one I decided on. He's very personable, and has the sales skills I think any business in that line would be very proud to have. So my thanks and appreciation go out to him and your lot.

Where do I start? This team is extremely helpful and not your typical "salesmen". I bought from Taylor's AutoMax before and then went to a specific dealer for a few years, but now I am convinced this (Taylor's AutoMax) is where I'm purchasing any future vehicles. The staff was so kind from the moment I stepped on the lot. I wasn't even planning on trading in my car until later this summer, but a vehicle (GMC Acadia) caught my eye, so I turned into the dealership to look at it. Dave Stinar was right there to help me and I started asking him about it, as well as the Ford Explorer they had on display. He asked if I wanted to take the Acadia for a test drive. It was a great car but I was looking for a little bit more… When we got back to Taylor’s he asked if I wanted to test drive anymore and I mentioned that I wasn’t looking to trade in right now and he wasn’t pushy and respected that. He asked me if I wanted to go at least look at the Ford Explorer and I did want to. The Explorer was a dream. It had everything I was looking for in my next vehicle, only trouble was that I wasn’t ready to trade. I explained to Dave my situation and he offered for me to talk to Tim Anderson (finance), so I said sure. After talking to Tim, he assured me they could make me an offer I couldn’t refuse, so I dared him. After a little debate back and forth (with myself) on whether or not to wait till later or not, I couldn’t resist. These guys took care of this deal! As well as John Zuris (business dept), taking care of all the tedious paperwork that comes with trading cars. He and Dave stayed after business hours to take care of my new Explorer’s paperwork. Thanks Guys! It is so refreshing to not feel bullied or pressured into buying a car. They are down to earth and very easy to talk to and make you feel like they want you in the right car for you, and not to just make a sale. We bought a car from here about a month ago. This was my first time buying a used car and I was a little apprehensive about the sales pitch. James was very personable and non-pressuring. They immediately gave us a fair deal on the car which was at Kelley Blue Book and the Edmunds price. I waited a few days to make a decision and also because I couldn't concede on not negotiating that much. Taylor's went down a bit more in price, which appeased my desire for a bit of negotiation, and we decided to purchase the car. We had originally been pre-approved for finance, but told Taylor's we would finance through them if they could get our interest rate lower, which they were able to. We also decided to trade in our car, which I couldn't believe the price we were given...far above Kelley Blue Book and Edmunds. I know it was priced fairly higher than the estimated price, but I have to assume that the buyer of that car would have done their research with how much the car was worth. I wanted to wait a while to give a review to have time to be in the car. So far we have had no problems and any issue we've had with titles, registration and financing since have been attended to and resolved very timely. James has always gotten back to us quickly and when he said he was going to. I am very happy with our purchase and would recommend them to anyone looking for a used car.

I went in to buy my first vehicle, Dave was very helpful in trying to put me into the right vehicle that fit my budget. Extremely friendly and was not pushy at all. He was able to answer all my questions and at the end of it all get me into the vehicle I wanted.

Great experience. Good price, really tried to work with us. Just don't ask for a full tank of gas. We did get a nice oil change though. overall, great experience.

It is not always easy to find a dealership you feel comfortable at with a no pressure salesman. Rest assured Ron Cooper is the one you want to ask for. I rate his customer service skills a five star. He helped me find the right vehicle that fit my budget. He made me feel like I have known him for years. I promise you won't be let down when you ask for Ron. Our experience was good when we recently bought a car from Taylors Automax. Everyone was freiendly, helpful and informative. Gary was helpful in meeting our needs for the type of vehicle we were looking for. We were not actually ready to buy but we knew pretty much what we wanted and it seems the vehilcle we purchased had almost everything were wanted. We knew the price we wanted to pay and what we paid was close. Overall it was a good experience...would definitely recommend this dealership.

We have bought alot of vehicles from Taylor's. When we went in to talk to a guy that helped us in past purchases. Ron Copper told us he was no longer there. But that he would be more then happy to help us find what we were looking for. I purchased a very nice GMC Yukon from from this wonderful salesman. He is a one and a million salesman. If all salesman were like him there would be a whole lot more vehicles being sold. He was not over bearing like other salemen you come across. He has outstanding customer service skills, very professional, has a great sense of humor, and made sure he did him best to make sure my needs were taken care of. I will be telling everyone I know to go see Ron Copper at Taylor Automax for their car/truck needs. Taylor's is very blessed to have such a great gentleman working for them.
