Dave was very friendly and patient with us as we looked at several vehicles and tried to decide what would be best for our lives. In regard to the bad price, once we had chosen a vehicle we looked up the NADA and KBB price, the price quoted to us was 1500.00 more than book price, there was no negotiating cost, although i was told the cost would be under book.

From the time that Ron greeted us on the lot, he was very friendly and built a great rapport with us. We initially were looking at a Chevy and ended up with a Ram. Your staff including John was great to work with. Only feedback that I could provide is knowing some of the complex features available on newer vehicles. We were advised the truck we bought had navigation. When we got it home, we noticed it didn't. Not a deal breaker since the truck is beautiful. Thanks.
