Stokes Kia Goose Creek has the Best of the Best!

I’ll always buy from Michael Turner! He is genuine & honest & always treats me like Family!! I’ve purchased 3 cars from him. The service department is wonderful. Josh & Cole are stellar professionals. They keep you updated and check on my comfort during servicing. You will not be disappointed buying and having service here!!

Three weeks oil change

Service department good people but take down exprees service sign, as I needed an oil change and was told there was a Three week wait. What a joke! Honda serviced me that day Kia three weeks Toyota that day Kia exprees is a joke, from an owner of car who paid extra for that service

Bad service, unknowledgeable service techs

I have a 2014 Kia soul. I work out of my car so it is my office. At the end of November beginning of December the vehicle started hesitating on acceleration. I took it into Kia to have it diagnosed. I was told the catalytic converter was bad. That repair along with a little tuning that needed to be done cost me right at 3 grand. 5 months later in April the car started doing the same thing again. I took it back in and they had it for several days. When I was finally contacted again which was me actually calling them, I was told the catalytic converter was bad again. When I questioned how a catalytic converter can go bad in 5 months or so I was told it was due to bad gas. They wanted another $2,000 to fix the same problem that they just fixed in November, December. I took the car somewhere else. The mechanic who looked at it told me it was not the catalytic converter on the manifold like I was being told, because it is highly unusual for them to go out that fast. He said it was the catalytic converter underneath the car he took it off and showed it to me. There was sand and dirt in the first filter right at the beginning of the catalytic converter. He said the only way it can get there is if somebody blew down the first catalytic converter trying to clear it out rather than replace it. He said it was indeed replaced but it was not bad it was the one underneath. He fixed it for a total of $650. I do not blame Cole the service manager, because he is only going by what he's being told by his techs. The second mechanic told me, what they basically did was try not to have to replace that catalytic converter by blowing it down which failed. But it did in fact push all the other dirt and mung and sand into the second catalytic converter, which now cost me another 650 bucks. if that's the way people do business I don't see how they're staying in business for this long! I even called Mr. Altman, and left a message on his phone machine because he was not in the office, and told him I had some serious issues and I needed to talk to him. That was almost 2 weeks ago and I have not been contacted yet. So while they may be great at selling cars they are not so great at servicing them or backing up the work that they do. In fact at the bottom of the receipt it says and is underlined, "as is". I feel like if the second catalytic converter problem was caused by them trying to repair the first one they should have to pay for the repair not me. Am I wrong in this?

Great service!!

Stokes Kia never fails to meet expectations! My family has bought 3 cars from them and they have always raised the bar! Stokes Kia is the best!

they are responsive to my inquiry

They have responded to my request and seems to be customer orientated. I am scheduled to test drive a vehicle within a few days. Hope that it will be beneficial for both parties.

Worst customer service and warranty coverage

Does not submit warranty documentation for repair approval. Deny Deny is the result. Lied to corporate. Corporate didn’t care Rude service department. Their lack of proper handling of the issue has made life a disaster.

No pressure sales

Our experience has been so overwhelming good at this dealership, this is where we have purchased our last 3 vehicles. We will keep coming back to this dealership for vehicle purchases and servicing.

Price was good, customer service...meh

Got a used vehicle. Did not detail the inside..didn't clean the motor Won't even try to get me another key fob. Went to dealership 3 times to look at a car that they said was availablefor viewing. Car was not there First sales girl....I asked to call me when new inventory came in...no call .. Luckily I dealt with another sales guy and he was way better at calling. Overall ok..but won't work with customer to close the deal.

Phenomenal!

When I first went to KIA,Owen greeted us.He was very helpful. I admired and respected his mannerism.Later that day I went to a few other dealerships, compared the cars and sales experience.I was truly NOT impressed.I went back to KIA the next day because of the car that left a lasting impression as well as the sales representative,Owen.Matt from Finances was ALSO amazing,he was very nice.I was very blessed to meet two great people after everything I been through the week before.It was nothing but a complete blessing to meet wonderful people that was patient and more than helpful!I honestly did not have KIA on my radar. Because I truly had another dealership in mind.Luckily my daughter told me about the FORTE and I had to check it out. I was NOT disappointed by the car and staff,can not ask for a better car purchasing experience.People seriously NEED to check out Stokes KIA in Goose Creek.This was a big day for me and they made it memorable and I truly CAN NOT thank them enough!Thank you thank you thank you!
