Recent purchase of 2017 KIA Sorrento

My husband and I just purchased a 2017 KIA Sorrento and are enjoying it immensely. Our previous KIA was a Sportage and we had it for 10 years. Feel comfortable saying we will always stay with KIA now. Storm Hamilton was our dealer and he was very friendly, helpful, and courteous throughout the process. He followed up with emails to ensure we were enjoying the vehicle and to offer further assistance, if needed. We would highly recommend Stokes KIA to anyone and would suggest they try to hook up with Storm. We were both very impressed with Storm and enjoyed working with him.

Pleasant suprise

I was very apprehensive about buying a new car and even more apprehensive about going to dealer but it was not a bad experience and I was really impressed with KIA quality. They have put some real honest effort into comfort and cost. Sales won't crawl down your throat either; not pushy and willing to find out what's best for your needs. Just be prepared for an hour of admin but they walk you through each step. Know what you can afford before you go. Thanks so much to Billy and Cleo.

Great place and staff!

Joey was great!

I've had horrible experiences with dealers in the past. This time, it was greeeeeeat! Joey was at my car before we was able to get out, let me look. Within 1.5 hours I was approved for the car I wanted. I'm so happy, and I would recommend them to others!

Great, amazing company and employees!

Stokes Kia was amazing. After a significant fight with a certain commonly acronymed into jokes company (starting F and ending in ord) for a year due to purchasing a lemon, I got stuck buying another of the same make, that we hated. No one else could help us trade out of the F without thousands of $ cash. Not only did they get us into a new Sedona with a lower interest rate and payment then the F, we also wound up trading my husbands car in on a Soul. My husband was a little incensed a few days later when he realized the Soul had no CD player, but he'll get over that, lol. Now we have 2 new cars, with full complete warranties, that we love, for barely more then we were paying for 1 we hated and 1 out of warranty. Thank you Stokes Kia, Owen Fussey- Salesman, and Don, the sales manager!

Terrible service department

Terrible service department! They forgot to tighten the oil pan plug which came out on 95 Thanksgiving day. We sat on the side of 95 for 4 hours because all of the oil poured out! If we hadn't turned the car off immediately while knows what could have happen. I have tried to speak with some at the dealership several times but they will not return my calls. I will never go there again and neither should anyone else!!!! My next car will certainly not come from a stokes dealership if this is how they treat their customers, what a joke!!!

Stokes goose Creek.

Horrible services took 3 months to get a key ordered then when it arrived it was the wrong key. A 20 minute oil change turned into a 3 hour job. Not the first Stokes employee apologized. It's like once they make the sale they are done with you. Alot of empty promises. It seems like a lot of business are becoming more like this. Not like it use to be.
