Look when buying a car you search everywhere, try to find the best deals and I thought I did. One I did not get what I wanted for my trade and two I thought I got a good deal which I didn't. Should have went with the too good to be true stuff! My price was in range for the car I bought, I pick it up as they were closing made it 10 miles and parts brake and somehow I can't get in touch with anyone. I live 2hrs from dealership, they are closed, next day I get the sold as is stuff from the manager. Each day since a week and counting the car is falling apart, ecu, power steering, traction control, Windows, missing antenna, windshield wipers. All there cars are auctioned cars, they look good but really suck so stay away. Plus I got a speech about how their sales profit ranges from 500 a car to 550.( really idiot ) they had 3 100k cars in their showroom as display vehicles and you try and sale me this carp. They suck, worst e co experience ever from sales team and management is pies poor.

Cars not available on the lot
I was looking at the car on their web site for almost a month. Finally I went there and was surprised that car was sold over two weeks ago. Also they dropped the price on it too to attract customers. I asked the sales person and he acted like it was not a big deal. So looks like they do that all the time.

They did me right!
This is not a normal, brass and glass dealership, they sell luxury cars cheaper than anybody else and lots of them. Bought a Lincoln Navigator, it came out of New Jersey, it was dirty needed some work, carpet cleaned, headliner repaired and missing jack cover, so I told them no fix no buy, they fixed it and got the stain out of the carpet and replaced the missing piece. Then I had trouble getting tags I am a resident of another state (military), but the registration and tags folks worked with me and my state till we jumped every hurdle, I was so happy with the final results that I would definitely give them a look see when we buy our next vehicle. Don't be put off by the show room or how the lot looks they saved my about 3-5K over the next closest deals, I just had to put in some elbow grease of my own.

No title for purchase, Poor Service
I bought a Tundra in December and three months later I still have no Tag or correct Title. I have spoken to the sales Rep Derrick who did a great job with the sales but when my tag didn't arrive and I called him he said that's not his department and transferred me to the Title Department. After being transferred to the Title Department Manwella told me she would take care of it and issued me another temporary tag. This was January 20, 2015. Fast forward 30 days. Temporary tag runs out and I go to the tag office and they tell me my VIN is incorrect. I go back to Atlanta Used Cars in Marietta GA and Manwella tells me she so sorry and she would take care of it and proceeds to issue me another temporary tag. Fast forward to March 13, still no tag. I called Atlanta Used Cars again and she says my title has been sent to a third party and she did not want to pay another processing fee on the same title. As of March 17, 2015 I still have no tag and no title for a vehicle that was purchased in December. Please shop around before stopping by Atlanta Used Cars.

The GOOD & the bad
Before I shopped for my car I read the reviews... Boy oh boy I read the reviews I was skeptical at first but decided to seek out John Moore. To keep a long story short it was worth the trip. Mr. Moore & I discussed some things including the good & the bad. I can tell you it's a good thing he's fairly new here & changes are being made, I could tell from the surroundings that he does his part although we came to the conclusion that you can't please everyone Mr. Moore at least tries to. Although I did not purchase a vehicle (already sold) It was a pleasure Mr. Moore thank you, stay positive it's addictive to everything around you.
