I had the discouraging misfortunate of being in a car accident. Upon the realization and coming to terms with needing a new vehicle after the insurance settlement, I called Atlanta Used Cars. Greg answered my call. From the beginning to end Greg was very supportive and encouraging that he would be able to get me into a vehicle that was suitable for me. Knowing I had not so good credit, it was refreshing to know I still had options available to me. Within minutes Greg was able to get me approved for the vehicle of my dreams, which happen to be a 2009 Porsche Cayenne w/ 53,000 miles. The actual buying process was a breeze! The finance department was very knowledgeable and welcoming. I must say my horrible car accident experience turned out to be an enjoyable new car buying experience. Decided to buy myself a pretty specific vehicle and Atlanta Used Cars had more than one! They were right down the road but if you look at the quality of their pictures you could see all that you need to. My sales person was Derrick Peeler and he was great. Laid back, no pressure, funny and very knowledgeable. He made the process seamless and painless! Very pleased with the dealership and their staff. Would buy from again. I'm not usually one to write a review, but Andrew is more than deserving of praise. Long story short, tomorrow is my birthday and I had the chips stacked against me with my trade. I needed something dependable and reliable and that would fit my budget. I found a vehicle on Atlanta Used Cars website and inquired. Andrew called me and helped convince me to give them a shot. I drove an hour reluctantly, thinking how bad traffic was and how I would most likely be driving back home in my old vehicle thru it. But somehow, Andrew and the guys here made it happen. The finance guys and the sales manager Jay Davidson really came thru. The vehicle is immaculate! I honestly thought that it was stock photos on the website but Andrew assured me they were authentic. I thought they were possibly photoshopped because the vehicle looked so good, but I was wrong. these guys sell quality cars and they are spotless. I was really trying to find something, a spot, a tear, a stain, something! But this vehicle was spotless. but this review is not about the car, or how they made a deal happen, i'm really writing this for Andrew. I really do believe i've made a friend and while all the financing and deal stuff was going on, he and I talked about life and kids, cars, motorcycles, tv shows etc. Andrew is a really good person. Used car salesmen have a bad reputation but I can attest to Andrew that he is not that type of guy. A real stand up guy that put my concerns at ease and made this the best car buying experience I have ever had. I seriously will be recommending my friends and anyone else I meet, to come to Atlanta Used Cars and see my friend Andrew. Thank you and may God bless you all.
