I have never written a review before, but I was so...

I have never written a review before, but I was so impressed with University Kia's salesman, Randy Wallace, that I have to comment! The gentleman is knowledgeable, courteous, professional, and yet a very warm and sincere person! I have never been so thoroughly educated on my vehicle, and because of him, I purchased the first NEW vehicle I have ever owned. I highly recommend him!

The salesman that helped me at this facility is the best salesman to work with! He made my process of buying my vehicle to easy and smooth. He made me feel at ease with the process. He truly deserves a raise for all of his hard work!

I have never purchased a car from a dealership before and for my first time it was amazing. KK and the staff were really knowledgeable and explained everything that I needed to know and more. STAY AWAY. We were lied too.

I purchased a Ford F-150 from this dealer. After getting home from picking up the vehicle we discovered the windshield was cracked (it was covered up by glass paint) and the bumper grill was busted. We reported this immediately and was told that it would be taken care of. We were also told to bring it in once the extended warranty was in affect, otherwise we would have taken it directly back to the dealership. Now they are denying everything and refusing to make it right. STAY AWAY FROM UnIVERSITY KIA in Huntsville. They will lie to you and don’t stand by what they say.

Service writer took advantage of my nephew who is slow....

Service writer took advantage of my nephew who is slow. The man talked really fast and got him to sign for over $700 worth of service work he did not need. (Example: oil change when he'd had one in the last 2 weeks; tire balance and rotation when he'd had that done to brand new tires in the last month; transmission flush when it wasn't due for another 3,500 miles.) When we went to the dealership to talk to them about what they did, they said too bad, he signed for the work. Legally, they are correct. But you can tell within 2 minutes of talking to our nephew that he is slow. They definitely took advantage of the young man.
