I got a Kia from them with 20,000 miles the car broke...

I got a Kia from them with 20,000 miles the car broke down at 45,000 miles I took it in to get fixed they scratched my car then try to pass it off like nothing was wrong then when I brought it back they took a picture before they brought it in and it clearly showed there was no damage when I brought it in so they took a week to fix something that only takes a few hours to fix then they scratch my car and tried to just push it off on me like nothing was wrong then gave me an attitude when I force them to put me in a rental car for a day I came back to get my car they didn't wash it they barely busted and the scratches are still there they are highly unprofessional And rude do not get any cars or service from them

Best service consultant

My service consultant Jaizon takes such great care of keeping me informed on whats happening while my vehicle is in the shop, makes sure I’m comfortable, and goes above and beyond to make sure before I leave I’m verrrry happy! His customer service skills are superb!!!

I am nice saying just one star for this review, I don’t even think I should give them one star. My 2020 Kia soul is now back at University Kia for the third time for them to give me a wheel alignment. I hope the third times a charm and they finally do it right. But they will never get any of my business again I am telling you do not go to University kiakKen

THE WORST DEALERSHIP ON THE PLANET!!! They never keep...

THE WORST DEALERSHIP ON THE PLANET!!! They never keep promises and they never call you back! I called check on my vehicle and tell them how frustrated I am from the lack of communication and they hung up on me. Now they won’t answer my calls.

Don't waste your time making an appointment

Spent today going back and forth with Vinessa Cotton while I was at work. Had a car I wanted to come look at set the time. I drove an hour and a half to get there to look at the car and bam! "Sorry sir we just sold it" Don't think they even knew I was coming. What's the use in making an appointment if you're not going to hold the car?? Bad business.. Wouldn't consider this dealership again... wasted my time and gas..

The car buying experience was very enjoyable. University Kia has a very smooth and effective process for purchasing a new vehicle. The entire staff is there to support you through the entire journey. Everyone on the their team was very professional and friendly while helping you select a car. University Kia has warm friendly atmosphere to shop in. There is never any pressure on you while you take your time to decide on your new car. I would very highly recommend visiting this dealership if you are in the market for a new or used car. They even assisted me in setting up my GPS. Patrick Budin

Everything was wonderful from start to finish. All of the staff was very nice and Kim Wedge was a great help to me. Kim definitely put in the work to find the exact car I wanted and helped me get a note in my price range. I highly recommend this car dealership location. They have great customer service.

Bought a used truck from KIA. Truck broke down right...

Bought a used truck from KIA. Truck broke down right after I made first payment. They told me to bring it up to them in service department. When I got there they didn't even pop the hood or plug in a computer. Said "we can't do anything. You didn't buy an extended warranty from us." So I went to Nissan dealership and not all of the issues were covered by warranty there either. They said rats chewed up sub harness and the knock sensor. I have lived at my house for 3 years and nothing ever happened to my other cars. No rats chewed on them, but KIA said they did an inspection on the truck and nothing was wrong. I do not recommend you purchase from University Kia.
